Islamorada 58# dolphin

Capt. Bruce Andersen
May 29, 2014
Islamorada - Saltwater Fishing Report

Our dolphin fishing season is in full swing offshore of Islamorada right now. We had a very windy start to the month of may witch kept us on the reef grouper and snapper fishing most days for the first half of the month, but the last few weeks we've made it offshore and have been rewarded with some excellent dolphin catches. There have been plenty of schoolie and gaffer size fish offshore most days and we have also caught some monster slammer dolphin including this 58# bull dolphin caught last week. The grouper opener was good to us and we caught several nice groupers on our Florida keys reef and wrecks the last few weeks. The dolphin fishing and sword fishing should be the best things going for the month of june and we still have some available dates if you would like to get in on some excellent offshore action.
