Islamorada offshore and Tarpon report

Capt. Bruce Andersen
April 24, 2011
Islamorada - Saltwater Fishing Report

Fishing has been red hot down here in Islamorada. Offshore we've been catching plenty of dolphin and enjoying an awesome bite of nice blackfin tuna. There's also been plenty of big amberjacks on our seamounts, and plenty of yellowtail snapper on the reef. Inshore the Tarpon fishing has been very, very good. We've been catching alot of tarpon on our evening tarpon trips. we've caught and released over 20 tarpon in the last week and our best trip was 7 tarpon releases on a 3 hour trip!
