sails, kings, and dolphin in the keys

Capt. Bruce Andersen
March 9, 2011
Islamorada - Saltwater Fishing Report

Fishings been pretty good down here in Islamorada. We've been catching a mix of just about everything on the reef and offshore. Today we took an awesome family from Iowa out aboard the charterboat captain Easy out of Holiday Isle Marina and caught 18 year old Jake his first sailfish ever. We aslo caught a bunch of nice kingfish, some amberjack and almaco jacks, some dolphin and released a nice scamp grouper with the rest of the family today.

Islamorada Fishing Forecast:

We should be catching more and more dolphin and amberjacks as the weeks go by with a mix of evrything else.

Target Species:

sailfish, Dolphin
