Jacksonville - Saltwater Fishing Report
If you haven't been to the Mayport Jetties lately. You're missing out. This is what I live for, and day dream about all summer long as the humidity, makes my t-shirt drenched by 7am each morning. And the hunt for my favorite species continues.
The hunt RIGHT NOW, means turn due East, 2.5 miles from the dock and commence tto whackin' them.
December has been and will be as good as November and November was thru the roof.
The fishing is the finest in NE Florida this time of year. And I'm sorry it doesn't coincide with vacation time. But that's okay. Most trips have been all adults. And many times I'm glad.
The boat is going to move....sideways, up and down, and the cool salty spray is gonna fly. The inlet maybe a bit "sporte". But then again, that's the way I like it and that's what the JETTYWOLF was built for.
Once anchored up were solid as the giant granite rocks were anchored too. She was designed for "hands-on" jetty fishing.
And let me tell ya it's been ball to the wall action.
-Trout

Jacksonville Fishing Forecast:
The fronts are closer together as we approach deep winter in N.E. Florida.
So have wiggle room. YOU WILL NEED MORE THAN ONE DAY TO BE ABLE TO FISH. Always have fall back days, and a good foul weather jacket just incase.
And a hunger for some nice fish dinners.
