Jupiter Inlet, Hobe Sound & Juno Beach

Jupiter - Saltwater Fishing Report

Slow, But will do!

With the Miami Boat Show, if you did not have the opportunity to get out you did not miss a whole lot. NOAA has a forecast stating, South winds all week except Friday and 2 feet or less till the weekend, when it will be 2-4. This means there is no reason to not get out and fish this week and weekend. Wahoo and Dolphin seem to be showing up around 150 ft. The Wahoo have been big, with a buddy of mine getting two over 50 LBS. last week. He fished them around 150ft. Sails have been in a shortage; we would have never realized how spoiled we were a couple months ago. They’re still out there though; if you fish specifically for them you may be able to get a couple before the warmer months come. I’m not an inshore guy, but pompano, tarpon and bluefish have all been caught inside lately. Tight lines

Thank you, Colin Hickey
