Key Biscayne - Saltwater Fishing Report

Yesterday Cap and I fished offshore for DOLPHIN. The seas were about 4 ft so we had to take it easy making it out to about 1,000 ft.

Once out to the area we believed to be were the fish were we found some grass lines going east and west. We worked that area for a while before finding a Hawk on the water. That proved to be the Find. The hawk was over a huge school of Nice 5 to 6 pound Dolphin. We caught our limit of 60 fish from that bunch and another similar bunch about an hour later.

Over all the fishing was really good. Now if you were to fish the edge it might not be so great. South current over the last couple of days has proved to slow the bite.

Key Biscayne Fishing Forecast:

I expect the same over the next month or so. Fishing for Dolphin is fun and exciting. Great for Kids, and the old one.

Target Species:

Dolphin
