Key Biscayne - Saltwater Fishing Report

FISHING PICKING UP SPEED

THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS THE FISHING HAS BEEN PICKING UP, THERE ARE SLOW TIMES BUT WE ARE GETTING SAILFISH, SOME DOLPHIN AND SOME KINGS AND WAHOO. THE COBIA HAVE NOT SHOWN UP YET BUT SHOULD ANY DAY. THE OTHER DAY WE HAD SEVERAL SHOTS AT BIG WAHOO AND LANDED ONLY ONE THIS 67 POUNDER. THE SAILFISH HAVE BEEN IN THE AREA OF 170 TO 180 AND ARE TOUGH TO GET TO EAT. WE HAD SEVERAL YESTERDAY THAT WOULD NOT EAT A TASTY SARDINE. THE LAST TOURNAMENT THE SAILFISH CUP WE ENDED UP 3RD IN THE PRO SERIES AND TOOK THE $39,000 CHECK HOME. WE HAD TOUGH FISHING BUT MANAGED TO TIE FOR THE DAILY THE LAST DAY WITH 5 FISH WHICH GAVE US THE MONEY. TOTAL FOR THE TOURNAMENT WAS 8 FISH TOP BOAT HAD 11. TIGHT LINES
