Miami and Key Biscayne – offshore

Capt. Quinton Dieterle
July 6, 2003
Key Biscayne - Saltwater Fishing Report

Dolphin and More

Fishing the past couple of weeks has been exceptional. Dolphin of 30 pounds and more are arriving and some Blue Marlin have been seen. We have caught our limit if the customers wish each day. We have not had a Blue Marlin yet but we know it is going to happen. The Dolphin are in the area of 500 to 1100 ft. And are on birds and big floaters. We have been very busy this summer because of the outstanding action. And with the A/C pumpng plenty of cool air inside the heat has not been an issue. This past week we were in Bimini, a nice break from Dolphin fishing and had a blast. Lots of Snapper and some inshore fishing

made for a nice vacation.

Back in action this week we should have more Dolphin and some Wahoo. Give us a Call if you want to get out, we do have some days in the future available.
