The reef off Key West and the Lower Keys has been loaded with bait for a couple of months now and the reef fishing has been great. Mutton Snapper, Yellow Jacks, Cero Mackerel, Yellowtail Snapper, Grouper, and even a few late-season Dolphin or Mahi have been caught
