October was Good Fishing

Capt. Eric Evans
November 1, 2017
Key West - Saltwater Fishing Report

We had some good days fishing in October with some mahi-mahi, tuna, and sailfish caught offshore. Closer to shore, the snapper bite has been very good on the reef!

With all these cold fronts pushing through recently, we should have a good patch reef bite coming for the mutton snappers and big groupers!

Also, the tuna and wahoo should be getting very good as well! After Fantasy Fest, now its time to get back to fishing! The good news for us charter boats is the Key West boat races are coming in early November which usually brings more of a fishing crowd.
