Over the Rail

Capt. Eric Evans
September 25, 2018
Key West - Saltwater Fishing Report

The summer months have seen some decent fish coming over the rail. We have had a mixed bag of tuna and mahi offshore. The deep wrecks have been doing well with snappers and triggers. We have new regulations on tilefish and deep water groupers. No snowy groupers, grey tiles, or golden tiles allowed. Will have to wait for the season to get our hands on these delicious fish! Fish to look forward to coming up in October and November should be tuna, wahoo, and dolphin deep sea; and a continuing good snapper and grouper bite inshore. For a bonus, the lobstering has been great lately!
