Dec. 12, 2006. Some big Barracuda are starting to show on the Key West and Lower Keys flats as the water temps struggle to reach the low 70's.As the waters warm up in between cold fronts, we should be catching Bonefish, Permit and even a few baby Tarpon here and there!
