5-16-09

Another great week of fishing! Starting with 2 trips on Monday fishing in Lake Wales area caught 39 fish. The morning was the best bite with a very happy Mike Goodwin catching 29 fish all on shiners that day. Mike Halas of Louisville Ky catching a 9.8lb lunker on Thursday he caught it on a shiner. Friday we fished the Butler Chain in Orlando Bob Tutty of south Carolina caught a 8lb. Bass on a watermelon red fluke. With the temperatures rising fast to the mid 80's the fish are feeding on top water baits and plastic worms.
