Miami - Saltwater Fishing Report
For those who follow my fishing reports, you've most likely noticed a lack of updates. I ask that you be patient as I am currently boat less. I sold Knot Nancy in early November and am in the process of having a new Whitewater 28 being built.
The new Knot Nancy will have many new features to make your fishing experience an even more enjoyable one.
Currently the projected completion date is just before Christmas. Norman and his crew are working full time on the boat to meet this date.
The hull and inner liner are in the rigging stage. The Key West style T-top and fixed back leaning post are complete and waiting for their turn to be installed. The new Yamaha 200 HP 4 stroke motors are also at the Whitewater factory.
The new Knot Nancy will feature Simrad electronics, a coffin box, the standard 50 gallon below deck live well and an additional 85 gallon below deck live well, 2 additional storage boxes behind the leaning post, and many other new features.
Sailfish are showing up as well as tarpon. It appears that we'll have a very good winter season fishing for both species and many others.
Now is the time to start planning ahead and get your dates scheduled so as to not miss out on the date that you want.
In the meantime, I've attached a couple of pictures of the progress thus far. I'll update the progress in a week or so.
