Miami - Saltwater Fishing Report

Some lucky clients visiting Miami for work seminars were offered fishing trips by their host company. These trips are great exercises in team building.

After warming up the guys at the stantion catching some prize herring and a few blue runners, the crew headed to the current edge in about 180'. The kite and rigger baits were fired out and were gobbled up by some hungry kingfish. All of a sudden the bottom line with 20 lb. test and a long leader with a live herring was hit. The rod almost bent in half and the fight was on. The fish gave and took line tiring out a few anglers. The group supported each other during the fight and in the end, the anglers won. Tired but happy the group headed back to the dock for pictures and tall tales.
