Weed Lines, Dolphin and Deep Drop Tilefish

Miami - Saltwater Fishing Report

June has been a super month for sunshine, calm seas, and fish action. We took a great family out this week. John took the boat offshore first and trolled around some huge weed lines. After some trolling, the captain stopped the boat and the mate cast out some pilchards. The baits were immediately eaten, but the only takers were undersized dolphin.
There was a light north current, so the captain decided to set-up on their favorite spot for deep dropping. The customers were delighted with the bottom action. The tilefish started out small but then the big guys ate. All too soon the limit on the tiles was reached so the crew trolled back towards to the inlet. The last bite of the day was a cero mackerel. Then it was back to the dock for pictures and lunch.

There have been other trips - mostly with kingfish, bonita and barracuda action.

We have plenty of open dates so call and book us.
