An Gator Trout are showing up in good numbers. Time to get the Topwater plugs out and ready. Fishing for bull Redfish: I like to use large pinfish with the tail cut off on a 7/0 eagle claw circle hook with a 50lb leader and 20lb power pro braid on a larger rod like the ugly stik with a penn reel.

This allows me to stay in the spot and get the fish to the boat with great success with not having to give chase. Bull Redfish are mostly found in 3 foot of water or deeper.

Gator trout Time!! I like to use large soft plastic lures on a 1/8 once 5/0 owner twistlock hook. I also like to use MirrOlure topwater plugs early to get things started. Bait fish are moving in and the predators are following them. This is were I will be fishing. Find the bait find the fish... Tug on it!!!
