Mosquito Lagoon Fishing Report March 2014

Capt. Jon Lulay
March 23, 2014
Mosquito Lagoon - Saltwater Fishing Report

Spring is here and the fishing is Red Hot! Redfish are schooling on the flats and are eating a variety of artificials, flies, and live baits. Soft plastic weedless jerkbaits are working great in the early morning for redfish and big speckled trout and gold spoons have been catching a lot of reds later as the sun gets higher. We are averaging 10 or more redfish per trip with quite a few trout as well. Book early to reserve your day for some of the best fishing all year! Capt. Jon Lulay (407) 733-3223

Target Species:

Redfish and speckled trout
