"Slobberknocker' Time on the Mosquito Lagoon

Capt. David Rogers
April 12, 2011
Mosquito Lagoon - Saltwater Fishing Report

It is that time of year when the Giant 'Slobberknocker' Redfish are the staple of every charter.

We also catch smaller redfish, trout and black drum but if you want a trophy world class redfish now is the time. You may see schools of over 200 redfish over 20 pounds swimming in less than 3 feet of water.

The challenge is for you to make the right presentation and spoon feed a monster. Are you up for the callenge. Live pinfish, mullet, blue crabs and cut biat all work well. If you catch them in the right mood you may get one to eat a top water plug.

No matter how you do it the excitement is breathtaking when that mosnter eats your bait and drags the boat around. So call 407-405-0819 and let's go have some fun! Please visit my website www.aaahawgwildcharters.com and check out the photos.
