Capt. Joey Benko
August 11, 2017
Naples - Saltwater Fishing Report

Get out early and you will be amazed at the numbers of fishing blasting things out of the water. Early morning Tarpon action and mid -day snook action can make for an awesome experience.

Bait has been getting bigger by the day making catching it a little more enjoyable. This past weeks action was really solid with everything from Big Snook like the Indy Boys pulled off.

And also some really good juvenile tarpon action. The redfish are here but the tides just haven't been that great at catching them in the mornings.

The rains are still here but are starting to subside finally.

Naples Fishing Forecast:

Look for fishing to improve with a little less rain and some good tides. Coming off the full moon will be a challenge but things should still be good with lots of bait in the area. BustLoose and Go Fishing.
