Naples Fishing

Capt. Joey Benko
November 9, 2016
Naples - Saltwater Fishing Report

October has been a great month with water temps cooling and big fish chewing. October was also host to two local tournaments here in Naples Fl. Look for these tournaments next year and support great conservation causes. The RedSnook and The Guardian Anglers tournaments raise money to help our fishing and estuaries here in SWFl. Here is Bella Musico with her winning catches

. With the cooler weather look for fish to start moving to the back bays and deep into the backcountry. Snook and Redfish should continue to provide some steady action.

Naples Fishing Forecast:

With temps cooling look for the trout bite and pompano bite to start heating up. Target these fish using small jigs tipped with shrimp or even using a popping cork working good moving water. Pompano should start to show up in the passes from Gordons to Caxambas.
