Orlando - Freshwater Fishing Report
Butler Chain
Today we were back out on Butler Chain once again, and once again the hot bite was on the horny toads.
Several of the best bites came as the horny toads were pitched PAST the cypress trees and worked back to the boat, just as they came along side the tree, BAM they were getting exploded on.
Ugly Otters were also doing good, tail cut in half and twitched on the surface and letting fall along side trees, grass patches and thru lily pads were producing bass up to 6 pounds.
Flipping grass beds and around cypress trees and reeds produced good on Strike King Wild Thangs.
Storm was rolling in around noonish and that really turned on the topwater bite, just remember, if you see lightning, get out of there and off the water.
Till my next report, tight lines and great fishing
