Orlando, FL - Lake Toho, Clermont Chain & The Kissimmee Chain

Capt. Tim Fey
August 9, 2005
Orlando - Freshwater Fishing Report

Lake Toho

Today was a trip out on lake Toho, The last week or so Toho has been producing a pretty fair to good topwater bite first thing in the morning till close to 10AM. After that the bite has switched to a flipping bite, tight to cover.

Numbers and size have been pretty steady with bass running in the 2 to 5 pound range with a few over 7 pounds coming in the past week. Big key has been to get your topwater action EARLY while its still cool with slight breeze. Horny Toads and Kicker Kraws have been the hot bait as of late.

Till my next report Tight lines and great fishing
