Summer habits and fantastic fishing

Capt. Jim Passmore
August 21, 2009
Orlando - Freshwater Fishing Report

Both Freshwater and Saltwater have been productive
Freshwater early till 10 am has produced some nice Bass in the 4 to 8 lb size. Both artificial and Live bait. Try throwing a watermelon seed fluke near and on top of the hydrilla next to open water.
Also try the same thing with a live bait on the same area you find fish and hold on.

Saltwater has been fantastic as the reds are burning it up at the inlets. First go outside and catch some crokers and then move inside with the outgoing tide. Better have some good line and leader. Those 30 + are hard fighters

Orlando Fishing Forecast:

Good

Target Species:

Bass and Reds
