Palm Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report

🎣 Phlats Inshore Fishing Report — First Week of October
Tarpon: Tarpon fishing has been excellent in the open bays. Live mullet and DOA Terror Eyz worked near feeding fish have been producing great action. Both incoming and outgoing tides have been productive, and cooler water temperatures have kept tarpon active throughout the day.
Snook: Snook fishing has been excellent around structure, with live mullet producing plenty of bites. The Rapala Skitter V has also been an excellent choice for exciting surface strikes. Cooler water temperatures have pushed snook back into bays, canals, and areas with muddy bottoms.
Jack Crevalle: Jacks are abundant throughout the Intracoastal Waterway, with schooling fish striking just about anything in their vicinity. Anglers are enjoying explosive surface action with live mullet and Rapala Skitter V lures. Bluefish and mackerel are mixed in with the jacks, adding to the fun!
That wraps up the fishing report for the past week. Hope y'all enjoyed it! Remember, you can't catch them from the couch, so get out there and get hooked up!
Tight lines!
