Palm Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report
Great weather has provided great fishing inshore. The mullet run has arrived making for exciting fishing but challenging at times as fish have gorged themselves.
Snook are striking baits along seawalls and docks. Bridges and channels also holding big snook. Top water Rapala skitter walks and DOA BaitBuster great bait to get the strike. Live mullet worked with tide will get strikes as well.
Tarpon fishing has been a blast the last week lost of tarpon feeding on bait schools. The tarpon are very active at low light hours. Live mullet or greenies will get them chewing as well as DOA Terror Eyz.
Jacks are abundant as they terrorize bait schools blitzing them ferociously. The jacks are a blast will to take any bait or Top water like a Rapala skitter walk.
Freshwater the largemouth bass bite has been great working drop offs and thick grassy areas. Top water or seedless DOA C.A.L. 4" jerk bait work great. Suspended bass a DOA C.A.L curl tail get the strike. Crappie have been chewing good this week. DOA terror Eyz and DOA curl tail have been the bait of choice.
Well that is the fishing report for the past week, hope you all enjoyed. Remember you can't catch them from the couch, so get out there and get hooked up. Tight Lines!
