Light Tackle Offshore Fishing in Panama City Beach, FL

Capt. Todd Jones
July 5, 2015
Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

I know it has been a while since my last report; it hasn't been do to lack of fishing. Quite the opposite! This time of year we are all running 2 and sometimes 3 trips a day. I leave the house well before dark and get home after dark. It is hard to sit down and go thru all the pictures must less write a report. With all that being said here we go with the fishing report.

THE FISHING IS AWESOME RIGHT NOW! Everything is biting. Cobia, Snapper, Kings, Grouper, Mahi, and even Sailfish are eating our sardines.

We still have a few more days of Red Snapper season left, after that there are plenty of other fish to pursue.

As I stated earlier we are on the water all day this time of year. The best way to contact most of us is thru text. Shot us a quick text with your name, day you would like to fish and for how long. If I cannot take you myself I will get with the 6 other guides I work with. Between all us we will get you a quality trip on the Gulf or in the Bay.

More Fishing Reports:

Capt. Todd has been fishing the Gulf Coast for over 40 years and guiding for 30 years. He is a second generation fishing guide. While serving his country for 22 years as a Navy Diver he was able to fish all over the world. In his travels he has fished the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans, as well as the Mediterranean and the Sea of Cortez. But in his opinion nothing compares to the diversity we have here in the Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
