Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

One of my best and longest clients had to break out the four and six pound test and get him some of that action in the pass. First up, 20lb. pound red on 6lb.

Even though the paper, today, said the spanish are here there is still no sign of them. I think they are about a week out.

Live shrimp in the pass is the thing to do.

Panama City Fishing Forecast:

Fishing will continue to get better as the weather warms.

Target Species:

Reds, trout...spanish and cobia later in the month.

More Fishing Reports:

Sight casting fly and spinning for reds, trout, bonita, spanish, jacks and many other species. Live bait trips available as well as hot topwater action in the bay around Panama City, Florida. Depending on the time of the year I can normally put you on legal grouper in the bay, monster speckled trout, lot's of fly fishing action and just about everything else that swims and good tablefare.
