Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report
Needless to say we have spent a lot of time offshore lately with all of the brown water in the bay. Snapper bit is awesome. I watch Greg Ursdan sight cast a fly to 20lb snapper a few days ago. Although none were landed have them on and watching them eat was a thrill. After leaving the snapper spot we went in to the beach and caught blues, ladies, bluerunners and Spanish on the fly. Fly fishing is very good right now. As for booking a fly fishing charter in this area, no one is more experienced than I. I tie flies for my customers and will supply rods. I have the knowledge as to what fly to use, size of rod, size and type of line and all other info when it comes to fly fishing. I'm not going to stand around with my thumb in my butt while you struggle to get a fish on the fly. I will do everything in my power to get you hooked up. Heres a video. When you get to my jp2fish.com facebook page look around and see other pictures a videos. No shortage of fish there.

As for the rest...trout bite for the big guys will start in the next couple of weeks. There are plenty of Spanish and bluefish along with others on the flats now and as the water clears the fishing with get better. Off shore the snapper are thicker than a swarm of mosquito's in a Louisiana swamp. I have opening day available which is the 24th of May. The kings have shown up with us catching 7 yesterday.
Book me and lets have some fun. There is no one better than me. We catch fish every day.
Panama City Fishing Forecast:
