Spring fishing just around the corner in Panama City Florida

Capt. James Pic
January 24, 2011
Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

Just a quick not to everyone. I will have my new boat ready to go by the 3rd or 4th of February. I have my 18' Tracker for two person trips which is now duck free and available for fishing.

I'm leaving in the morning for the Keys for the week. Little R&R before the season starts. I will have my calender with me for booking. Although I have some trips booked for February if you need a day in February, please call and I will book you while I'm in the Keys.

Fishing was excellent last year and should be another great year.

Panama City Fishing Forecast:

Spring fishing just around the corner. Sheeps and reds in the pass to start followed by spanish and cobia.

Target Species:

Winter fishing still going on.

More Fishing Reports:

Sight casting fly and spinning for reds, trout, bonita, spanish, jacks and many other species. Live bait trips available as well as hot topwater action in the bay around Panama City, Florida. Depending on the time of the year I can normally put you on legal grouper in the bay, monster speckled trout, lot's of fly fishing action and just about everything else that swims and good tablefare.
