Still hot but the fishing is good.

Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

I guess the extended summer is having a positive effect on all the fish but the flounder. This week we have caught some really nice blues. Several in the five pound plus range which are a big time on light tackle.
The spanish are hit and miss we can blame that on the tanic water.
I have been working at the flounder putting a couple of more good fish in the boat today along with a tasty grouper that was a half an inch over legal.
All in all today was a good day with the grouper, all the big blues, flounder and a few trout. That will be pretty much how it is for another month at least.

Panama City Fishing Forecast:

Fishing is good and will remain that way getting better with a little chilly air.

Target Species:

Fishing is good and should ramain that way for all species through November.

More Fishing Reports:

Sight casting fly and spinning for reds, trout, bonita, spanish, jacks and many other species. Live bait trips available as well as hot topwater action in the bay around Panama City, Florida. Depending on the time of the year I can normally put you on legal grouper in the bay, monster speckled trout, lot's of fly fishing action and just about everything else that swims and good tablefare.
