A trip to remember

Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

I love a good trip when it all goes your way the fisherman are seasoned vets and one of them is only 12. Zeke Gossett and his father Curtis wow these two can fish!!!!
Zeke only 12 and can fish better than most men i know and his dad was on fire. But i must say that for a while the fish were more than willing to help out.
we started with some small red snapper u know 16 to 18 inches. then we moved out to find some amber jacks to bend a pole or two. and spent 4 hrs doing that. The amber jack would not stop coming. Then the sharks showed up and every thing went nuts mahi mahi, bonita and amber jacks going every were. Un tell one got bit in half (game over) every thing stopped. we made a few more passes but nothing there they must have known we were not going to eat them but the shark was. so the shark told us it was time to move. the next spot was kinda slow more of those small snapper and some small red grouper another of the fish that are suffering due to the snapper regulations. anyway back to the story then the Mahi showed up and we all went nuts fish were flying on board. all small but still fun. We hit a few more spots with little to show but more snapper we cant get away from them.
It was time to head back. but the bonita had other thing on there
minds like stopping us at the pass to get three more on the boat
we finally got back to the dock an hour or so late but when the fish are biting its hard to leave hope i did not get u guys in trouble. thanks for a great trip hope to see u soon! And if u are reading this GET A BOAT AND GET OUT THERE NOW!!!!! The fish are all over the place. see pics on my web site. Tight lines and bent poles to all !!!!!!!!
