Pensacola Fishing Report 01-27-19

Capt. Zack Strickland
January 27, 2019
Pensacola - Saltwater Fishing Report

The fishing and weather have been awesome the past few days in Pensacola Florida. We mainly did deep sea fishing charters this week and the fish did not disappoint! We caught plenty of vermilion snapper. These fish were caught using cut mackerel and squid fished around large structures in the Gulf of Mexico. We also caught a few nice red snapper that put up a heck of fight! Most of these fish were caught on live bait fished around the same structures. Inshore we are still seeing a few redfish along with some trout as well. Sheepshead should start making there way to their spring pattern soon and there will be plenty of action to go around!

Thanks for reading and stay safe,
Captain Zack Strickland
