Despite the Wind Fish are Hungry around Pine Island - For the better part of the week strong east winds dominated the weather around Pine Island. We still fished every day with the exception of one very rainy day and to my surprise the bite was actually better than what I would have thought.

Snook are a challenge - Four straight days we caught the inshore slam

Snook are getting bigger - Today's trip with Admiral Gammon boated 6 snook with the largest 31 The snook have been difficult to find but some favorite holes hold a number of fish.
While casting for snook we also had redfish, four trout to 25 and a jack crevalle(small)

Snook less aggresive but biting - Today boated 7 snook and missed 6
All but two were of small variety and much traveling was needed due to their lack of aggression. Many were just blasting the plug out of territorial aggression.
