Pine Island Sound - Saltwater Fishing Report

I arrived back here and a col front coincided with arrival
Jan 8..6 snook to 29" but most hits were tentative with cold
Monday...9 snook hits only landed thrtee and 6 trout to 20"
Tuesday..Fishing author, John Skinner and son Mike arrived for attempt at snook video making.
Mike had 6 hits and Mr Skinner 4. The largest landed was 28"
Wed...BRUTAL AM WINDS!..landed three snook largest 27"...three trout(22" & 24") ..one redfish..24"

Pine Island Sound Fishing Forecast:

really need some warmer weather...
lots of dirty water around with grass and silt

cleaner water and warmer temps= better fishing

SNOOK
