Another Fun Day on The DayMaker

Capt. Nick Cremasco
June 12, 2018
Stuart - Saltwater Fishing Report

I fished a 3/4 day today with Jim his son Daniel and their guest. We got some live bait from Bryan Stuart Live Bait and headed offshore. The goal was to try and catch a limit of Vermilion snapper again then troll for mahis and then look for grouper Cobia and Amberjack.

We caught our limit of jumbo B-liners relatively quickly and we were off trolling by 8:30. The only bite we had trolling was I quality trip on the planer that came unglued. Heard of some scattered mahi reports late in the day out in 850-1000ft May have to go check that tomorrow.

Hit the bottom and released a handful of Genuine Reds, caught 4 amberjacks a nice sized almaco jack, a rudderfish and nice sized Gag Grouper for Daniel.

We got tons of meat to go around and a great day with great people. Back at it tomorrow!
