It is officially spring, but cold fronts are still sweeping through the Tampa Bay Area. Fishing has been great despite the cooler weather. Many great fish are moving into their springtime areas.
Spring is definitely one of my favorite times of the year to be on the water because fishing is so good. You can catch a slam on any given day. A slam consists of a snook, redfish, and trout. Many times you can also catch tarpon, flounder, and many other species. This makes it a grand slam.
