Tampa Bay - Saltwater Fishing Report

Reel Till U Feel Charters Fishing Report for Tampa Bay (Gandy Area)
We had a good bite this week even with the morning thunder showers. Redfish are moving into the bay, not in big schools, but groups of fish biting on cut bait on the high water close to the mangroves.
At first light the Trout are eating top water lures and corked white bait in 2 to 6 foot of water.
Chumming for Sharks this week has land my anglers with a mix bag of Spanish Mackerel, Bonnethead and Blacktip Sharks.
The Mangrove Snapper bite is still on fire, they are just about anywhere in the bay that has some type of structure. One day the small Greenbacks are the ticket & some days small live Shrimp is the key bait. Mangrove Snappers are a great tasting fish to eat.
Fishing the dock lights for Snook has been as good as it can be for this time of the year. Have the camera ready to snap a photo and release then quickly to fight another day.
Get out on the water and have some fun.
