Tampa, FL Fishing Report July 29, 2014

Capt. Mark Magni
July 29, 2014
Tampa Bay - Saltwater Fishing Report

Reel Till U Feel Charters Fishing Report for Tampa Bay. This last week the rain has changed to normal west coast late afternoon pattern, With morning lows between 78° to 82°.
The Hot Bite this last week has been the Mangrove Snapper. Incoming or Outgoing tide. Bridges, Rock Piles and the edges of the shipping channel have all produced. The small fry bait (Scaled Sardines), Small Shrimp or larger ones cut in half is the ticket. Along the shipping channel a potato chip size Pinfish on a knocker rig has landed some of my anglers with Mango's in the 18 to 21 inch range.

Finding Redfish around Picnic Island using cut bait. Silvers and Spotted Trout on the grass flats in 2 to 5 foot of water. Fishing the bait schools, my anglers have had banner days with the Spanish Mackerel along with a few Jacks and Blue Fish.

Get out on the water and have some fun.
Looking to book a Inshore Fishing Charter on Tampa Bay give me a call.
