Turning the corner, It's warming up!

Capt. Brandon Henley
February 16, 2016
Tampa Bay - Saltwater Fishing Report

It's been another busy week for Tampa Flats Fishing Charters. I've done everything from fly fishing for redfish in ankle deep water to pulling sheepshead from big bridges in 20 mph wind this week. The weather is looking up and the temps are supposed to be the 70's all week with lows in the mid 50's. The sheepshead bite remains super solid with lots of big convicts caught this week. I have also been finding lots of redfish along the south shore on incoming water. I had a phenomenal trout bite on Thursday and that bite should only get better. We are right on the verge of spring and my absolute favorite time of year, tarpon time. From April to August I spend 80 % of my time in pursuit of the silver king, needless to say I am counting the days. If you are interested in a Tampa fishing charter please give me a call at 305-340-9863 or visit www.tampaflatsfishingcharter.com
