Line sides !!!! The weather this week has kept me off the water. I hope to be back fishing no later then Saturday. And should have and up to date fishing report for you guys the following week. Until then look for the bait and the fish to be moving south and to the backs of the mid-lake creeks in serch of warmer water. Trout and Shad fished on free-lines and planner board early and downlines and unbrella rigs as the sun comes up. . The little success that we did have before the snow came on the umbrella rigs. We we fishing our rigs 100 feet behind the boat at speeds of 2.4 - 3.1 miles and hour..
By the end of the month look south of Red Top. Iron Hill Clark Creek and Tanyard Creek along with the Allatoona Creek arm we be where most of the fish will concentrate for the winter.
Come spring the Whites, Hybrids and Stripers with make their run up both rivers Etowah and Little River along with Allatoona Creek. These fish can be caught in great numbers on live and cut shad. Along with Chicken Livers. But if you want a really big fish, this is your time of year.
