Capt. Shane Watson

Lake Lanier - Freshwater Fishing Report

Shane Watson Guide Service Report. Hope everyone is enjoying spring break. We are open daily for 4 thru 6 hour morning & afternoon trips. Trophy Stripers, Big Spots, & Crappie. We have a few slots open this week as we run 7 boats daily. Give Pam a call and she can get you on the schedule. It's a great time of the year to take your kids and family fishing on Lake Lanier.

Freelined Bluebacks, Scroungers, and Mc Sticks, are working on the stripers and spots. Main lake points, secondary points, and humps have been best. Chartreuse jigs and minnows are working on the crappie back in stained water. Looks like we've got great weather the rest of the week. The lake is full and weather is warm. This report is brought to you by Shane Watson Guide Service www.lakelanierstripers.com 770-889-5549, Hammond's Fishing Center, and Carolina Skiff Boats. Good Fishing.
