Full Fish Boxes and Empty Beaches - Every year I am always amazed at how empty the beaches get in Sept. One of the bonuses to living here I guess. It's not as hot as summer , the water is at it's clearest and you can count the number of folks on the beach on fingers and toes most days. more...

Back to Grayton - After being gone for almost a month I got back to Seagrove Beach this evening and, weather permitting, back to fishing off Grayton day after tomorrow. My annual pilgrimage to Indian Pass is over and it's back to bottom fishing and filling up the box. more...

Changin' Zip Codes - Today was my last day in the Grayton/Seagrove area for a bit. I'm off first thing in the AM to Indian Pass to chase Tarpons & Tripletails for about a month. While I'm sure I'll miss the guarantee of a full box off Grayton I sure am looking forward more...

Fantastic Fishin' for the Fourth - Man, it sure was busy here at the beach for the 4th of July holiday. The weather was fantastic and the fish were biting. To make it even better we had a weather anomaly where the Gulf water temp dropped about 8-10 degrees around the 1st of the month. more...
