It was nice having Jim and Chris DesHotel back on board with me today. The guys met me at The Reel Inn Lodge at day break, we loaded up the new Bluewave and headed out. It was Fish On as the trout were in a feeding frenzy!!! Double rigged Avocado Matrix Shad is all you needed today. We had the fish coming in 3-6 at a time every cast, as it was good as it gets. The fish are eating up the Avocado Matrix like there is no tomorrow. As the wind picked up around 9am the bite slowly slacked up, but the damage was already done. We had over 100 trout slime the deck of the new Bluewave. Two for two in the new boat!!! Good times for sure with these guys. We added a flounder and a nice red fish on a black/chart TTF KFM then called it a day early! Thanks guys for a splendid day smashing the fish.
