Despite the COLD temps outside, Dularge trout bite remains HOT!!!! Rick Woolsey joined me again today along with two of his superintendents Steve Basko, and Danny Cassell all from California. Rick can't get enough of our great trout bite down here!! The bite is so good it's hard to keep the trout off your line!!! Our first stop produced 67 trout and 10 reds (only 3 reds kept). Dead SLOW on the bottom is how the fish want it. When the bite slowed down I went check another location catching another 13 trout and 1 red-fish. Not a single throwback today as the fish were really nice with several hitting 2 pounds. Every fish caught on salt water holographic minnows (all colors producing). We called it quits at 12:00 with eighty trout and three reds so the guys could get the fish cleaned and showered up. Thanks guys for another splendid day of fishing.
