Chris Montiville and his son Dakota from Baton Rouge joined me today for a fun day catching trout and reds. All the trout fell victim to the Tsunami swim baits and the reds hit the Tsunami and the LSU Chubs. The reds were thick as can be today as they were everywhere!!!! We must have seen at least 50 or more reds in the shallow ponds today. With no wind and the water slick as glass, most of the reds were spooky in the 6-12 inch water we were in. We had over 20 reds swell up and follow our baits to the boat then turn. Still in all we it was a sight to see them fining and swimming by the boat. Thanks guys for the great company today. I look forward to next time.
