Edrik Rock brought his two sons Conner (9yrs), and Zach (8yrs) fishing today. Today's trip was all about the boys catching fish. We loaded the boat with shrimp and crabs and off we went. Our first couple stops were slow (mostly catching hungry catfish!!), but after making a couple moves we found what we were looking for. The boys were reeling in the biggest fish of their lives and had a total blast. We made a few more moves looking for reds and finally found them at our last stop. We boxed three reds back to back, then had a couple break off and a few spit the hook. We added a couple more reds, some puppy drum, and croakers to the box. We called it a day when the cooler ran out of water. The boys will be talking about and remember this trip for a long long time. Great fishing with you guys, and I look forward to our next trip. Thanks again.
