Dularge - Saltwater Fishing Report
What a incredible morning Al Reaux, Troy Reaux, 12 yr olds Josh Champagne, and Ben Breaux experienced this morning. We started the morning off fooling with some birds and only caught about ten fish. Decided it was time to check out some reefs and all it took was one stop. We had the fish coming in every-cast from all directions, nice 16-18 inch fish 1-2 at a time on tantem rigged chubs as usual. After boxing 100 fish by 9am, the winds had picked up and the bite shut down. One more stop in a protected bayou and we had our last 25 trout and 1 really nice flounder. The trout in the bayous are feeding in a winter like bite (swim baits dead slow on the bottom). Josh and Ben did a awesome job today, as these boys are some trout catching pros. The boys put a real hurting on the fish today!!!! Big thanks to Al for another awesome trout slam. Looking forward to fishing with you in Dec.
