Shell Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report
Last Saturday at Shell Beach I had the Jamey Sandefur, his dad Doc, along with Grace, Brook, and Jim. It was a super foggy boat ride to our first stop where we got on a decent trout bite till some idiot in a tower boat came flying through right over our fish. We started to get them going again then comes two more boat loads of idiots right over our corks. After that was over we went and looked for a few reds and the crew put some nice ones on ice. We called it quits with rain on the horizon, but not before the crew put a nice box of fish together.
All fish in the Suzuki powered Blazer Bay 2400 were caught with Campo's live shrimp on Capt. Rory's United Charters custom rods provided by CUI Products with Penn reels, spooled with Power Pro line. All fish removed and boxed with the one and only Just Grab it Glove.
The trout are moving into the marsh and that great fall fishing is here. This is some of the best inshore fishing of the year.
