The bass most have been laying up today.

Shreveport - Freshwater Fishing Report

The bass were a little slow today it took some hard fishing to get a strike out of them. I was useing a top water chug and a white/chartruess spinnerbait. I expected to slow day because we have a low pressure system over us and that puts pressure on the fish and there just not likely to be very active. You really have to change up the way you fish by useing different teckniques and force a strike.Im a bass fisherman and some crappie at certain seasons of the year. I have heard several reports on the brim they're getting with it big time so if you brim is a favorite of yours now is your chance to enjoy yourself and catch you a mess of them.

Shreveport Fishing Forecast:

Bass fishing is unsettled just for a couple of days and I think they pick-up a pretty good bit towards the latter part of the week you'll be able to go out and enjoy the fishing. The brim are really showing themselves and the crappie are doing fair.

Target Species:

Largemouth Bass, Brim and crappie

More Fishing Reports:

I will give brief details of just what the fish are doing, are they biteing or not if so on what.
